We Need to Talk About Invincible

We watched the first season of the Amazon Prime series “Invincible” in spring 2022. This is an animated series based on the comic series by Robert Kirkman of The Walking Dead fame, with several characters voiced by Walking Dead alums. We enjoyed this series despite, or perhaps because of, the blood and gore and swearing, and the complete upending of standard superhero story expectations.
